Meet The Team

Andy Connacher

Managing Director

As Managing Director of Whitewater Creative, I lead a team that’s all about building real relationships. I take the time to understand our clients, their challenges, their goals, and what success looks like for them. Every project is a collaboration, and my role is to make sure we bring their vision to life in a way that truly works for them.

Aside from my passion for Whitewater, I’m a West Ham season ticket holder and a big vinyl collector. When I’m not at a match, I’m probably at a soul night or a gig, always enjoying good music.

Simon

Studio Director

I am the Whitewater Studio Director and have been at Whitewater since its inception, I am the account director for L’Oréal UK and oversee all Whitewater’s beauty and cosmetics projects, not only creating them but overseeing the other members in the team. With over 30 years experience I understand what is needed to create a full series of assets for any brand, from packaging, print, photography and on-line.

Outside of work I have a passion for motorcycles and love nothing more than taking to the track to explore my limits, reading and film also high on my list as well as spending time with my family at home or abroad.

Adam

Head of Beauty

I oversee Whitewater’s beauty and cosmetics projects, bringing a personal touch to every design. With a strong eye for elegance and a deep appreciation for luxury aesthetics, I blend artistry with strategy to create designs that truly captivate. Whether it’s packaging, branding, or campaign visuals, I love helping beauty brands bring their vision to life in a way that genuinely connects with their audience.

Beyond design, I have a real passion for film, which heavily influences my creative approach. Cinematography, storytelling, and visual composition all play a big role in how I shape and refine my work, adding depth and emotion to every project.

Ellie

Head of Hospitality

I manage Whitewater’s hospitality design projects, working directly with pubs and restaurants to create POS displays, posters, menus, flyers, and more. I love bringing brands to life with creative, eye-catching designs that are both functional and engaging.

When I’m not designing, I’m usually lost in a good book, watching a history documentary, or working on my latest crochet project—always with a podcast on in the background!

Rosie

Head of Marketing

I manage Whitewater’s marketing efforts, from crafting engaging social media content to analysing campaign performance. I’m passionate about bringing fresh ideas to the table and ensuring our brand message stays creative, consistent, and impactful.

In my spare time, I love getting lost in a gripping crime book and discovering new places to explore. Whether it’s finding hidden gems in the countryside or hopping on a plane and exploring a new country, I’m always up for a little adventure.
